Citroën UK launches new online reservation platform for LCVsCitroën UK has introduced a new online reservation platform for its Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) range, beginning with Berlingo Van.

The new LCV reservation platform is part of Citroën’s omnichannel approach. It will be rolled out across the Citroën Light Commercial Vehicle range in 2023, and can already be used to reserve the Berlingo Van and ë-Berlingo Van models.

Customers who place an initial reservation online with a fully refundable £199 reservation fee, will be contacted within one business hour to confirm all the details and add any part exchange appraisal. Customers will then have the opportunity to pick their preferred Business Centre to supply the vehicle. A local Business Manager will then contact the customer to finalise and complete the order. Customers who progress their online reservation through to a confirmed order will benefit from priority build and the option of home or office delivery.

Berlingo Van was the UK’s best-selling compact van in 2021 with continued success in 2022, and I am delighted that this platform will make it even easier for more businesses to expand their fleets with Citroën.”
